What is Logistics?

The vast majority of people still understand logistics in terms of transport, warehousing, loading and unloading activities. However, logistics is an extremely versatile discipline and as such an important part of our everyday lives as well as processes of value creation in various fields.

In many economic, commercial and service providing companies logistics occurs away from the limelight.  To this end, it is extremely important to understand logistics and its relevant activities, even the less visible ones.
Successful logistics emphasizes commercial potentials that can only be achieved through a consistent use of well-known methods and procedures, innovative knowledge and powerful realization.
